Amplifi Remote is the ideal solution for any guitarist who owns an Amplifi amp, with a variety of amplifiers, effects units, and jam tracks that are easy to change and mix. Furthermore, you can easily play your own backing tracks via the personal media library via Bluetooth. You can also save your own presets and share them with the whole community. Of course you can also download content shared by other users and use it yourself.
In our semester project for Application Design, we had the opportunity to break down the information architecture of the already existing Amplifi app into its component parts and reorganize it to meet user needs while providing an improved user experience.
Line6, the company which initially introduced and created this app got it contact with us after seeing our redesign in a video we posted on their community page. So we had the opportunity to pitched our redesign and were invited to visit their headquarters in Agoura Hills, California.
